Exchange and Return Policy - Purefield Store

At Purefield Store, your satisfaction matters to us. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, so we’ve designed a fair and transparent return and refund policy to make your experience hassle-free.

What Can Be Returned or Refunded?

  1. Change of Mind
    If you decide that a product isn’t the right fit, you may return unopened and unused items within 10 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding original shipping charges, if any).
  2. Incorrect or Damaged Items
    Received the wrong item or a product that arrived damaged? We’ve got you covered.
    Please notify us within 7 days of delivery to receive a replacement or full refund, at no extra cost.

Step 2: Review & Approval

Our customer service officer will review your request and respond within 3 working days.

Step 3: Return Process

  • In-Store Purchases
    Bring the unopened, unused product along with the original receipt to the Purefield Store for processing.
  • Online Purchases
    Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Kindly pack and return the item in its original condition.

Step 4: Verification & Refund

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item:
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method
  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

What Cannot Be Returned or Refunded?

  • Opened or used food products (due to hygiene and safety reasons)
  • In-store returns without the original receipt
  • Returns requested after 10 days of purchase
  • Incorrect or damaged items reported after 7 days of delivery

Order Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your online order any time before it is shipped.
  • Once your order has been shipped, the above return policy will apply.

Purefield Store reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Product unavailability (Given Products are naturally sourced).
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Payment issues or bank declines
